Our precision grinding technology is the result of many years of experience, state-of-the-art technologies, and a high degree of flexibility.
The company feinschliff GmbH was founded in December 1997 by Mr. Fred Reinhardt.
Its main areas of activity are the manufacture and regrinding of indexable inserts for the machining industry, rotating tools such as drilling and milling tools and special tools, as well as services related to machining tools at the customer’s premises. Its core competence lies in the economical reconditioning of worn, expensive indexable inserts. Quality assurance is one of the highest principles within the WOLF Group. To ensure that our customers’ quality requirements are met, the QA departments are staffed by highly qualified employees and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.
The measurement results are documented and continuous checks are carried out throughout the entire production process. Incoming goods should not be underestimated, as every incoming tool is recorded and provided directly with work plans (e.g. for resharpening and coating). This recording is carried out with our ERP solution proALPHA and allows us to subsequently track every step through production.
Once the tools have been recorded, pro ALPHA’s APS system automatically schedules and routes the most optimal work path through production.
