Personal Data

According to article 4 no. 1 DSGVO, personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as their name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or IP address. Non-personal data is information which does not make one identifiable, e.g. anonymized data and information.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

a) Log data / server log files

When accessing this website the IP address, the host name of the accessing computer, the browser type/browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URL and the time of the server request are registered and saved in a log file.

b) Data in the online contact form

If you use the online form to contact us, your surname and first name, your email address and the content of your message will be collected and processed.

Higher Interest as Legal Basis
The legal basis for the storage of the log data is article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. Its 7-day storage is exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation of the server. This interest in the operational stability and safety of the server outweighs any interest in the immediate deletion of the above data. As a visitor to the website, one also has a similar interest in being able to access and use a website that is as secure as possible.

Consent as Legal Basis

Without your consent no personal data about you will be collected or saved except for the automatically saved protocol data (see above). Only you decide whether or not you disclose personal data for the purpose of contacting us.

If you provide such data about yourself, you thereby give your consent to its storage and use in the sense of the data protection law. This personal data provided by you will only be used to answer your inquiry or to send you the requested information or offers.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of the data at any time with impact to the future.

Cookies

Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Cookies, which are required for the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions requested by you, are stored on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) DSGVO. There is a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of the services.

The cookies we use are so-called „session cookies“. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

However, cookies remaining on your hard disk are also used. Their expiration time is set to a date in the future. When you visit the website again, it is then automatically recognized that you have already been to the website and which entries and settings you prefer (so-called long-term cookies).

You can set your browser in such a manner that you are informed about the placing of cookies. You can also permit cookies only for individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases, or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, however, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Security

In order to protect your personal data from misuse, the provider takes all current technical and organizational security measures available to them.

Your Rights

According to the basic data protection regulation you have the right of information about your stored data. Upon request, the provider will inform you if and which personal data about you has been stored. If you have any questions regarding the collection and processing of your personal data on the website, you can contact the provider at any time under contact@wolf-gruppe.com.

You have further rights, such as the right to correct, block or delete the collected data, the right to restrict processing, the right to complain to a supervisory authority and the right of transferability of the data.

Finally, for reasons arising from your own particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data, carried out pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) DPA, at any given time.
