To ensure the high demands in quality of our customers, our qualities section
is equipped with highly qualified workforce, as well as with the best machinery.
The measuring results are protocolled, and are delivered with the tools as a measuring protocol.
Furthermore, we provide a constant control during the whole production process.
Also very important for us is the goods incoming section, because every incoming tool is
recorded and directly linked with working plans (for example in the case of coating and
regrinding).

This recording is done via our operating system proALPHA, which allows us,
after the recording to follow every step of the production.
After the piece has passed the goods incoming section, the APS system from proALPHA
plans the optimal way through the production automatically, and leads the piece through
the production.
It is only with the help of our operating system proALPHA,
that our workers are able to finish more than 300 customer orders per day.
